Youth Empowerment For Success Initiative simply known as YES-INITIATIVE is a brain child of the LOVE & CARE Ministry of ESAN OLUSOLA. His Christian Ministry has a burning desire & passion for the total well-being of the people in the society such as persons-with Disability, Aged people, Youths, the less-privileged in the society, among others. All aimed at bringing better life and hope to their existence.

In our society today, the social-moral, economic, political and cultural decadence has done so great harm to the well-being of the youth-class of the society. Worried by this trend a project specially dedicated to the pursuit of better life for the Youths in Nigeria and Africa as a whole with the name YOUTH EMPOWERMENT FOR SUCCESS INITIATIVE was born.

Upon realizing this, YES – INITIATIVE   has positioned itself at bridging this gap of neglect by properly educating, informing, empowering and training the youths so as to overcome the decay and deprivation experienced by youths nowadays all aimed at producing good, godly and responsible Youths who can be sure of living a guaranteed and secured future.
